Our Armidale Office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated accounting professional to join our team as a Business Services Manager.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, developing team capability, and building strong client relationships. As part of one of the largest finance and business advisory firms in regional NSW, you will manage a diverse client portfolio while supporting team members in the delivery of high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services.

As a Manager Accountant, you will work closely with Principals, acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise, coordinating team workflow, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm through business development and strategic initiatives.

Requirements for the position are:

• Minimum 5 years of Public Practice Accounting experience

• University degree in Commerce, Accounting or Business

• CA or CPA qualification completed

• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading teams

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, taxation and business advisory services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Competency with Practice Management and Commercial Accounting Software (Xero, MYOB or similar)

• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

• Current Driver's Licence
