EIR Labour Hire is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a well-established Australian business based in Chermside.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems and keeping things organised. You'll join a supportive customer service team handling enquiries from customers across Australia, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right person.

About the Role

You'll be part of a busy Customer Service team and will be one of the main points of contact for customers.

Your day will involve a mix of phone-based customer service, order processing, administration and problem solving.

Your duties will include:

• Answering high-volume inbound customer calls
• Responding to customer email and web enquiries
• Processing and managing customer orders
• Entering orders accurately into the company system
• Updating customer accounts and information
• Assisting with pricing and account enquiries
• Investigating customer complaints and resolving issues
• Processing invoices and credits
• Managing customer expectations and following up enquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• General customer service and administration duties

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is friendly, organised and confident dealing with customers.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in a contact centre, administration or order processing role
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Strong computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Confidence working in a busy environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience working with customer accounts, project orders or within the irrigation industry would be beneficial but isn't essential.
