Assistant Property Manager

Welcome to the Seeto Real Estate team! With a growing rent roll we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team! Our principal was even named number 14 on the Top 50 list of Sydney agents in the Telegraph. As part of the Property Management Team, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide proactive maintenance follow-ups with prospective tenants, tenants and landlords;

• Organising and conducting lease inspections as well as prompt processing of rental applications;

• Timely and accurate rent reviews;

• provide timely and efficient routine and entry inspection reports.

To excel in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

• Comfortable with interacting with clients face-to-face and over the phone.

• A 'can-do' attitude with excellent time management skills.

• Strong organisational skills.

• A minimum of a year's experience as a leasing or property management personnel.
