What You'll Be Doing

• Managing home loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
• Building trusted relationships with customers, referral partners and local networks
• Identifying and developing new lending opportunities through proactive follow-up
• Working with branch and support teams to deliver strong, sustainable results

What You'll Bring

• Experience in home lending, broking or a related financial services environment, with the capability and commitment to build quality business
• A strong customer focus, sound lending judgement and the ability to support clients through important financial decisions
• The confidence, initiative and determination to grow your portfolio, strengthen referral networks and succeed in a regional market
• A proactive approach to developing referral networks, finding lending opportunities and growing sustainable business
• Drive, initiative and a genuine passion for helping customers and communities succeed
