About the Role 

You'll provide personalised lending advice and manage home loan applications from enquiry through to settlement, helping customers achieve their home ownership goals while building long-term relationships. 

You'll also play a key role in growing our presence across the Northern Rivers through business development, referral partnerships and community engagement. 

About You 

You'll be an experienced lender with: 

• Strong home lending and credit assessment expertise. 
• Demonstrated success growing lending portfolios and generating new business. 
• The ability to manage complex lending scenarios and deliver great customer outcomes. 
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. 
• A passion for supporting customers and regional communities.
