About Us We are a well‑established allied health clinic in Mackay, QLD, expanding our services to include physiotherapy. Our team is committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care across multiple disciplines, and we are now seeking a motivated physiotherapist for this service.

About the Role

As our clinic’s first physiotherapist, you will provide evidence‑based rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions. You will have access to therapeutic laser technology to support tissue healing, pain reduction, and enhanced recovery outcomes. You will also have access to our functional rehabilitation gym on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high‑quality, research‑supported physiotherapy treatment

• Developing individualized rehabilitation programs

• Using therapeutic laser therapy as part of patient management

• Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary allied health team

• Helping shape and grow the physiotherapy service within the clinic

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• AHPRA‑registered as a Physiotherapist

• Passionate about evidence‑based practice and patient‑centered care

• Confident in musculoskeletal rehabilitation

• Interested in integrating laser therapy into treatment plans (training provided if needed)

• Motivated to build a new service and contribute to clinic growth

• A strong communicator who thrives in a supportive team environment

New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are both encouraged to apply.
