We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Hospital Services, Permanent Team.

Who are you?

You want to make a difference and work alongside good humans who care! You will have experience with permanent recruitment, ideally in the Healthcare industry. You thrive in an environment where you can be strategic, develop relationships, problem solve, work in a team and kick goals. What will you do?

In a nutshell, you’ll connect the best people with the best opportunities by understanding what makes every candidate and client unique. 

You will take ownership of a Permanent Hospital Services portfolio, enabling you to place specialist Doctors in roles around Australia. You will help shape a healthcare sector that delivers more for every doctor, patient and community.

No two days will be the same. You will need to be dynamic, adaptable, resilient and seize opportunities to grow your portfolio. Building trusted relationship with Doctors and senior client stakeholders is paramount as we pride ourselves on an excellent standard of quality and service.
This is a 360 Recruiter role incl business development with support from a knowledgeable team including an Associate Recruiter and Migration Agent. In addition, there is a strong database, marketing team and the excellent Wavelength reputation to leverage.
You’ll work hard to understand the worlds of our candidates and clients and provide them with personalised, quality service every step of the way.
