Airtable Solutions Consultant

As an Airtable Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and design tailored Airtable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This consulting role combines business analysis, solution design and low-code implementation. You will engage directly with stakeholders, facilitate discovery workshops, document requirements and deliver scalable business systems that support clients’ strategic and operational objectives.

• Consult with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives, operational processes and ICT requirements.
• Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and business process analysis to elicit, analyse, document and validate business requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs and implementation plans.
• Design, configure and implement scalable Airtable solutions, including relational databases, custom interfaces and automated workflows.
• Recommend ICT solutions that align with client objectives, operational requirements and recognised good practice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal project teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and design through to implementation, testing and deployment.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, technical documentation and user guides.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, validate implemented solutions against agreed business requirements and coordinate necessary refinements.
• Deliver user training, solution demonstrations and knowledge transfer to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Review implemented solutions, identify opportunities for optimisation and recommend enhancements that improve business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear advice and delivering high-quality consulting services.

You are a business-focused technology consultant who enjoys partnering with clients to understand their objectives and deliver practical digital solutions that create measurable business value.

You are analytical, organised and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can move confidently between stakeholder consultation, business requirements analysis, solution design and implementation.

You will ideally have experience in:

• business analysis, requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement;
• facilitating workshops, conducting interviews and mapping business processes;
• translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs;
• designing and implementing business systems using Airtable or another low-code platform;
• workflow automation, relational database design and business process optimisation;
• preparing functional, technical and user documentation;
• working within Agile or iterative delivery environments; and
• managing multiple client engagements while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.

Experience working with enterprise clients or in a consulting environment will be highly regarded.

Qualifications and Experience

You will ideally possess:

• a tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce, Economics, Organisational Management or a related discipline;
• at least three years of relevant experience in business analysis, solutions consulting, systems implementation or a related field;
• demonstrated experience eliciting and analysing business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions;
• experience facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews and documenting functional requirements;
• experience configuring or implementing Airtable or another low-code business platform;
• strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills; and
• the ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.

Experience with integrations, APIs, scripting or enterprise software platforms will be highly regarded.
