Inventory & 3PL Logistics Coordinator

Are you an inventory, logistics or supply chain professional who loves getting into the detail, investigating discrepancies and making sure everything adds up?

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading global organisation based at their impressive corporate offices in Scoresby.

Working within the Logistics Operations team, this role will have a strong focus on New Zealand inventory and will work closely with internal stakeholders and major 3PL partners to ensure inventory accuracy and seamless daily order flow.

The Role

This is a hands-on, analytical position where your ability to interpret reports, identify errors and investigate issues will be key.

You will be responsible for:

• Completing daily inventory reconciliations across the 3PL network.
• Reviewing inventory and operational reports to identify discrepancies, anomalies and errors.
• Investigating and resolving inventory variances.
• Monitoring daily order flow and identifying rejected or failed orders..
• Conducting root-cause investigations and resolving order issues.
• Retriggering orders once system or inventory issues are corrected.
• Liaising directly with major 3PL providers, including DHL.
• Working closely with Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain or 3PL operations.
• Experience working directly with 3PL providers.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently, professionally and articulately with stakeholders at all levels.
• The ability to quickly identify errors and discrepancies within reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive attitude and genuine desire to understand why an issue has occurred, not simply identify it.
• Experience working with DHL or another major 3PL provider will be highly regarded.
