Step into the world of luxury fashion with an exciting opportunity to join Jimmy Choo QVB as our next Sales Supervisor (3IC).
As the Third In Charge (3IC) and a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day success of the boutique. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example on the sales floor, assist in coaching and developing the team, and help deliver exceptional commercial and operational results.
You will play an important role in ensuring every client receives the world-class experience that Jimmy Choo is renowned for, while helping to drive sales performance, team engagement, and overall store success.
Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the boutique.
Driving Sales Performance by leading from the front, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Team Leadership & Development through coaching, motivating, and supporting team members to deliver their best performance.
Luxury Clienteling by building meaningful relationships with local and international clientele and delivering personalised service experiences.
CRM & VIP Experiences by maintaining client relationships, driving appointment bookings, and supporting exclusive in-store events and activations.
Operational Excellence through assisting with stock management, inventory processes, visual merchandising standards, and back-of-house operations.
Taking the Lead When Required by confidently acting as a key leader within the boutique and supporting the management team to ensure seamless store operations.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 38 hours per week across five days, based in our beautiful Jimmy Choo boutique located in Sydney's iconic Queen Victoria Building (QVB), with a Sunday to Thursday roster.
You are an experienced retail professional who is ready to take the next step in your leadership journey. You thrive in a luxury environment, love building client relationships, and enjoy supporting and developing others to succeed.
You'll bring:
2+ years' experience in a retail leadership, keyholder, supervisor, or management position, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
Proven ability to support store leadership and motivate a high-performing team.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of specialty retail, including visual merchandising, business development, and store operations.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
