home of our luxury bridal experience.About the RoleReporting directly to the Founder and Head Office leadership team, you will oversee the daily operation of the Sydney flagship while delivering an exceptional experience for every bride who walks through our doors.You will be responsible for growing the business, inspiring your team and ensuring Jessica Couture’s luxury standards are consistently upheld.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership• Recruit, train and mentor the Sydney retail team• Build a positive, high-performance culture• Lead daily operations and staff scheduling• Conduct performance reviews and coaching• Ensure all team members follow Jessica Couture’s service standards and SOPsLuxury Customer Experience• Deliver an exceptional bridal journey from first appointment through to collection• Create memorable luxury experiences that exceed expectations• Handle VIP appointments when required• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently• Maintain five-star service standards at every touchpointSales & Commercial Performance• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs• Maximise appointment conversion• Increase average order value through styling and accessories• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth• Execute local marketing initiatives and eventsBoutique Operations• Manage boutique presentation to luxury retail standards• Oversee stock management and sample inventory• Ensure accurate ordering and administration• Coordinate gown arrivals, collections and alterations• Maintain operational efficiency across all boutique systemsTeam Development• Coach Bridal Stylists to become industry-leading consultants• Deliver ongoing product and styling training• Foster accountability, confidence and continuous improvement• Lead by example on the showroom floorBrand Representation• Represent Jessica Couture with professionalism and elegance• Build relationships with industry partners and wedding professionals• Support trunk shows, fashion events and media opportunities• Protect and elevate the Jessica Couture brand in AustraliaAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with genuine passion for luxury retail.You’ll ideally have:• 5+ years’ experience managing a premium retail environment• Previous leadership experience• Strong sales and people management skills• Experience delivering luxury customer service• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities• Confidence making independent decisions• Strong communication skills• High attention to detail• A natural sense of style and presentation• Weekend availabilityExperience within bridal, luxury fashion, jewellery or premium retail is highly regarded.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first
