About the Role
As the primary commercial contact for your portfolio, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring they maximise value from Cabcharge's products and services.
You'll take a consultative approach to understanding client needs, recommending solutions, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow and protect revenue. Working closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you'll help deliver exceptional client outcomes while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Drive product adoption, utilisation and account growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals and recommendations.
• Lead pricing and commercial discussions within agreed parameters.
• Monitor account performance, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Coordinate the implementation of products and services with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account and activity reporting through CRM systems.

About You You'll be a proactive relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and a passion for helping clients achieve better business outcomes.
You'll bring:

• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Solution Sales, Technical Sales or a similar B2B commercial role.
• A proven ability to identify and develop opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence presenting solutions and influencing decision-makers at multiple levels.
• The ability to understand complex products and translate technical features into business benefits.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
