Education Professional

Role Description This part-time, on-site Education Professional role is based at Ringwood East Childcare and Kindergarten in Ringwood East, VIC. The Education Professional will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with early childhood learning frameworks. Responsibilities include facilitating daily learning activities, supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, communicating with families about children’s progress, and contributing to documentation, observations, and reports. The Education Professional will also assist with classroom organization, participate in team meetings, and support continuous improvement of educational practices and policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Education and Teaching skills, with experience in early childhood settings or similar learning environments.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with children, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to support children’s learning and contribute to staff development and program improvement.Relevant early childhood education qualifications or equivalent certifications, and knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements, are highly beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusion, and maintain high standards of child safety and wellbeing.
