Civil Engineer - Land Development

Opportunity:

Join our growing engineering team in Perth. We are currently seeking a driven Civil Engineer to lead the planning, design, and contract administration for various residential and commercial land subdivision projects across Western Australia.

This role supports the broader project team in delivering compliant, timely and cost-effective engineering solutions while fostering strong communication and collaboration with clients, stakeholders, contractors and regulatory authorities.

Criteria:

Personal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships, and ability to work collaboratively in a project team environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, as recognized and accredited by Engineers Australia is essential, together with sound knowledge of civil infrastructure, land development and construction processes.

Design Expertise: Strong background in civil, road, earthworks, stormwater drainage, subdivision design and processes.
