We’re currently hiring for casual roles, with future part-time opportunities available for the right candidates. We especially welcome applicants who are available for overnight shifts.

Various positions available throughout South East Qld, especially the following suburbs: Beaudesert, Bellbird Park, Waterford, Chermside, Deception Bay, Ipswich and others.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in the disability sector (preferred)

• Completion of the NDIS Modules https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au

• Valid Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, CPR/First Aid, and Police Check

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Skills:

• Confident working both independently and within a team

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Assisting with daily personal care routines

• Support for shopping, meal prep, and community access

• Accompanying clients to medical and other essential appointments

• Promoting independence and person-centred care

• Energetic, friendly, and open-minded

• Supportive of diversity and inclusive
