About the Business

Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Plutonic Gold Mine produces 85koz of gold annually. The Company also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, the Company plans to bring three new mining areas at Plutonic into production.

Working an 8:6 7:7 roster, departing from Perth you'll fly directly to Plutonic arriving within 90mins of departure. Once onsite you are accommodated in a well-established camp that boasts a substantial gym, squash courts, multipurpose court, pool, and modern ensuite rooms with WiFi, just to list some of the facilities.

The Role

Reporting to the Mining Supervisor – Underground, the Remote Bogger Operator is responsible for tele-remote bogging all production stopes, transferring material to stope piles/ore passes, loading trucks, and maintaining road works within the Operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a Bogger role;

• Tele-remote bogging experience (desirable).

• Experience operating Sandvik 517 & 514 loaders;

• Truck loading experience is preferred but not essential;

• Work well without supervision and demonstrate initiative;

• A strong focus on and commitment to safety standards;

• Ability to work well within a team environment;
