We're looking for an experienced Remote Loader Operator to join our underground mining team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is responsible for development drilling, ground support installation, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently to support production targets.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure safe and efficient remote bogging of ore in unsupported ground
• Ensure safe and efficient conventional bogging of ore and waste drives
• Tele-remote recovery of Boggers
• Complete assigned work and associated paperwork
• Establish and maintain the highest possible standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in individual work areas and on the company's property generally
• Ensure compliance with environmental procedures and standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work safety, practices, and procedures
• Ensure good clear communication lines within team and with other sections/departments.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of underground mining experience
• Previous Remote Loader operating experience
• Manual and Check Scaling Competency
• A proactive approach to safety through positive leadership
• a strong commitment to safe working practices
• Ability to work well within a team
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently when required
