Growth Marketer. 

Our marketing team is obsessed with one thing: the customer. What new customers think of us, what they love, and what makes them hesitate.    

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll sit right in the middle of driving it: reading what actually drives customer behaviour, designing and building the programs and tests that shift it, and refining the mechanics that keep running once they’re proven. You’ll take first crack at testing affiliate, referral and word-of-mouth as a brand-new channel, and partner closely with the specialists who run paid and web to shape what they build.  

Responsibilities  

• Read customer behaviour and turn it into testable hypotheses – what makes someone refer a mate, take the next step, or come back. 
• Design incentive and reward mechanics including referral structures and activation nudges across owned and partner channels. 
• Take point on building out and testing affiliates, referral and word-of-mouth as a new channel: design it, launch it, read the result, and hand off a running mechanic if it proves out. 
• Build and automate the operational side of whatever you’re testing in our marketing and automation tools, so it runs without babysitting. 
• Own the test loop: tracking, attribution reads, and feeding what you learn back into the growth strategy and forecast. 
• Stay accountable for the overall program’s and each test’s goals & metrics for success, including CPA, CAC, conversion. 
• Brief, partner and get your hands dirty with our campaigns, paid media, web and CRO specialists, so your briefs are sharp, strategic and actionable.  

About You 

• 2-4 years in growth or acquisition marketing, or an equally hands-on role, with real experience running paid and/or web/CRO work yourself. 
• Self-service B2B background highly regarded; SaaS, fintech, payments or accounting experience preferred. 
• You understand what motivates action, and can point to incentive or reward mechanics you’ve actually designed. 
• Comfortable building and automating processes yourself in a marketing-automation or CRM tool. 
• Fluent in attribution and A/B testing; second nature pulling and presenting performance data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar) to show what’s working. 
• A structured thinker who breaks down ambiguous problems and stays curious about why experiments land the way they do. 
• A feel for brand and copy — you can write and tighten on-brand test copy yourself. 
• Comfort in Figma and basic creative-design handling a plus.
