S-kin Studio Jewelry is a Melbourne jewellery brand creating pieces inspired by nostalgia, culture and the little things we love.

We're looking for a creative but chronically online Social Media & Content Creator to join our team full-time.

If your camera storage is always maxed out with content, TikTok is basically your search engine and you've watched a brand video and thought I could've done that better... hiii, we should probably talk xx

About the role – what you will be doing

• Concept, script, film and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and paid social

• Manage our social calendar, captions, scheduling and posting

• Spot trends and turn them into content that fits in with the brand

• Create founder, campaign, product and BTS content

• Review social performance and use insights to improve what we create next

• Work with our founder and marketing team on campaign concepts and shoots

• Coordinate influencer collaboration, from emails outreach and negotiation to content approvals and reporting on performance of influencer collabs

• Assist the team with planning events for campaign launches, sale events and influencers-focused events

About you:

• You are chronically online - but you don't just consume content. You can take an idea from "ooohh that's cool" to “wait… what if we did this?” because you don't just exist to copy, you live to create

• 'Camera shy' is not in your vocabulary, you're the first to volunteer for a public interview series and can be seen always recording BTS content

• Extremely fluent in editing apps such as Capcut or Adobe (we're talking minutes to script, film, and draft a vid, and yes we work this fast!)

• You are bubbly, personable, and love a good yap. You consume content, are deep in it, and are already making content in your own time

• You're naturally curious about why content performs, not just whether it looks pretty. Although a good visual eye is also slay <3

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in social media, content creation; you are extremely engaged in the space and would like to further or start their career in the fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle space

• Ability to work independently; you excel when tasked with making things your own; but are also a team-player and thrive in a collaborative environment

• Love jewellery (obviously) and are genuinely excited to work at a supportive, creative & flexible team
