Ready to take your automotive career on the road?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Canberra team and manage a well-established customer territory covering Canberra, the South Coast from Batemans Bay to Eden, and inland as far as Yass.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in automotive parts, trade sales, customer service, workshops, dealerships or business development who enjoys building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

You'll spend your time partnering with workshops, auto electricians, fleet operators and trade customers, helping them find the right solutions while growing sales across your territory.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across Canberra, the South Coast and regional NSW.
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, trade customers and fleet operators.
• Visit customers regularly to identify opportunities and provide product solutions.
• Prospect and develop new business within your territory.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and convert sales opportunities.
• Work closely with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyse customer purchasing trends and develop action plans to increase sales.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and delivering results.

You'll bring:

• Experience in sales, account management, customer service or business development.
• A background in automotive, aftermarket parts, trade, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
• Confidence in identifying opportunities and closing sales.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage your territory effectively.
• A current driver's licence.
