Cladding Supervisor

You'll oversee the daily delivery of multiple cladding and render projects on some of Melbourne's best custom-built homes. You'll be the key link between our office, builders, and site teams-responsible for ensuring work is carried out to spec, on time, and to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervising cladding and render crews on multiple residential sitesMonitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to manufacturer specificationsHandling site reporting and materials orders through our PM software.Scheduling work and coordinating with builders and internal teamsTroubleshooting site issues and providing solutionsTraining and mentoring subcontractors to lift performanceUpholding safety, communication, and professionalism on every site

To be successful in the role you would ideally have:

Strong experience in cladding, or similar exterior finishing trades will be highly regarded.Proven ability to supervise crews and manage multiple sitesA minimum of 3 years of experience supervising construction crews is required.Strong communication skills-clear, respectful, and proactiveA commitment to safety, quality, and doing things properlyA current Construction White Card.Drive to be part of a growing, high-performance businessSound knowledge of Hebel, James Hardie, and Cemintel systems will be highly regarded.
