Customer Service

Swimart is one of Australia's most trusted names in pool and spa care, with over 70 stores across the country. Swimart Cleveland, a successful franchise with a strong skill sets and customer experience top of mind, is looking to add a new customer service champion to our existing team.

 What you'll be doing:

• Greet & serve customers in store and over the phone.

• Process and analyse pool water tests and offer recommendations on chemicals & dosage

• Provide a range of solutions on equipment & parts.

• Take booking and inquiries, promote our range of services.

• Merchandise & restock shelves, manage stock, maintain displays and workstations.

• Be an asset in our team of technicians and retail staff.

• Embrace and convey our customer centric culture

 What we're looking for:

• Ideally an availability to work minimum 3 to 4 days a week (20 to 30 hours) year-round casual or full time.

• Exceptional delivery of customer service and genuine desire to assist customers.

• Must have previous experience in Sales / Customer Service in a retail environment and /or in the pool industry and basic understanding of chemistry.

• Be IT literate, proficient in Microsoft suite and ability to learn / use various software including water testing, POS, Eftpos, scheduling and more.

• Ability to lift and move loads up to 20 KG bags / drums

• Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills, good communication skills, both written and verbal, organised, neat & tidy.

 We offer the right applicant remuneration to reward experience + super + uniform + ongoing training and growth opportunities. We’re open 7 days a week, so weekend shifts may be required on a rotating roster. We aim to provide a balanced and fair schedule for all team members.
