Tasting Room/Restaurant Supervisor

Front of House Professional wanted

We are on the lookout for a wine interested FOH star to join the hospitality team here at Margan Wines and Restaurant. This can start as a casual position but we are really looking for a motivated food and wine professional (aspiring is fine) to help creat memorable and unique tasting and dining experiences.

There are also more casual opportunities for someone wanting to apply their skills with less commitment.

This role works across both front-of-house spaces, supporting wine tastings, service and overall guest experience. We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. A current RSA and basic wine knowledge are required.

At Margan we spend our time time designing and executing iconic guest experiences through our tours, tastings, dining and events. If you are motivatated by creating the perfect day for guests, day in day out, you are likely the person we would like to talk to!
 
Hospitality experience is helpful, but attitude and work ethic matter most. Weekend availability is essential though this role can be flexible as we are a 7-day venue.

Our wines are are sustainably certified and we farm following regenerative and organic principles.

Our food is centred wholly around what we are able to produce here onsite in our one acre market garden and as such represents hyper seasonal, hyper local refined agri-dining.
