We’ve opened the doors to our brand‑new wine bar and are looking for a Supervisor that’s as passionate about hospitality as we are. If you love great wine and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

About Us

Annabel’s is a brand-new neighbourhood wine bar set within the walls of a 150-year-old heritage hotel in the heart of Caulfield South. Annabel’s is a sophisticated yet welcoming wine bar with a relaxed, community-led atmosphere. Our focus is simple: local producers, seasonal menus, and service that feels natural, not scripted.

What We’re Looking For

Supervisor

• Proven experience in a similar role at a venue of a similar calibre

• Professional qualification such as WSET or CMS will be a bonus

• A strong wine knowledge and a passion for sharing it in an approachable way

• Ability to guide guests through the wine list and offer thoughtful pairings

• Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations

• Comfortable supporting staff training and maintaining wine standards

• Warm, attentive, and guest‑focused with strong communication and multitasking skills

• Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
