As a Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading service, mentoring staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred

• Basic wine knowledge is required

• NSW RSA Certificate required

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Fulltime right to work in Australia
