Located in the heart of Flinders Lane, Restaurant 226 is a contemporary fine dining destination dedicated to exceptional food, steak, wine, and hospitality. We are currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

Positions Available
• Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time or Part-Time)
• Food & Beverage Attendants (Part-Time or Casual)
• Bartenders (Part-Time or Casual)

What We're Looking For

Restaurant Supervisor

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset

• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with the team

• Strong understanding of premium dining service standards

• Bartending skill and Wine Knowledge are preferable

Bartenders

• Previous cocktail and bar experience required

• Strong beverage expertise

• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

All Roles

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium or fine dining restaurant in a similar position

• Passion for food, wine, hospitality, and guest service

• High standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
