Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is a restaurant focused on quality, and we are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our award winning team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead role in the restaurant

• Delivering a quality experience for our guests, consistently

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Supervisor / Waiter in a professional restaurant for at least 1 year

• Strong knowledge of wine and beverage sales

• Strong knowledge and competence in FOH service and guest experience

• Have relevant trade skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work weekends

There are 4 shifts a week (approximately 24 - 36 hours a week) Thursday to Sunday, with 3 days off Monday to Wednesday.
