At Eureka Villages, we’re looking for a Compliance & Facilities Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Safety team and support the maintenance and compliance of our growing national portfolio.

As our Compliance & Facilities Coordinator, you’ll become the central point of coordination between Village Managers, contractors and our Safety & Compliance team, helping to ensure our villages remain safe, compliant and operating at their best.

What’s the role?

No two days are the same.

You’ll coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractor documentation, maintain compliance records and support operational teams across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating preventative, reactive and scheduled maintenance across our villages
• Raising work orders and coordinating contractors
• Managing contractor licences, insurances and compliance documentation
• Maintaining compliance registers, records and audit-ready documentation
• Supporting fire safety inspections, essential services and statutory compliance activities
• Raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement administration
• Preparing maintenance, contractor and compliance reports
• Providing day-to-day support to Village Managers and the Safety & Compliance team
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance administration, property or compliance
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities
• Confidence working with documentation, reporting and multiple systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Experience in facilities management, property, construction, residential or multi-site environments will be highly regarded, as will knowledge of WHS, fire safety or compliance requirements.
