Section Waiter/Waitress

Bomba is a bustling, Spanish restaurant at the top end of Lonsdale Street with a stunning rooftop bar for all your knock off needs! We are open for dinner 7 nights a week and lunches for 5 of those days serving up delicious tapas, paellas and a sherry to match…

We have an extensive wine and fortified list, with all being predominantly Spanish & Australian focused, and a tight local beer selection.

What we’re looking for:

A Casual front of house server, with flexibility to cross train across departments. Someone with experience waiting sections, following service standards and leaving an impression on every guest that walks through our doors.

The candidate needs to have solid work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced environment & if you are wanting to kick start your hospo career, and want to move up in the ranks, we also have scope for progression within the company.

Can offer anything between 15-30 hours per week and pay can be negotiated based on experience!
