We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022, 2023 and 2025.What you will be doing:Leading a team in creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for the guests on boardLeading and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service, whilst delivering sales and profit targetsSetting an example for your team by acting as a role modelIdentify and deliver training requirements within your teamTake ownership of your client base including outreach to clients for events such as private sale, in-store events and product knowledgeConsistently deliver the highest possible standards both on the shop floor and in back office operationsWho you are:Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager (ideally with experience at sea)Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleaguesMotivated in leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targetsExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury itemsAdaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environmentA strong leader and team player who is commercially driven and goal orientatedHighly competent in store and HR processes including sales reports, loss prevention, audits, appraisals, disciplinaries etcExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsWhat you will receive:Competitive salary and generous commission structureAccommodation and meals on boardNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at seaDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brandGuidance, support and development from the central office teamContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contractsDoes this sound like you?
