Retail Sales Associate

Gold Buyers Central is proud to be one of the largest jewellery and precious metals recyclers in Australia, and we are 100% Aussie owned.

We are looking for the right people to join our Team of experienced gold and precious metal buyers. You will find our stores in major shopping centres across Australia, we provide an opportunity for customers to bring their unwanted jewellery to a safe, secure and central location where they can be tested and exchanged for cash on the spot.

We have opportunities for an immediate start at our seven stores in Brisbane.

As a member of our team, you will earn a generous salary, commission, plus super, and be eligible for extra incentives. Initially, the role is casual; however, we are a company that promotes from within the team, and so there is a strong opportunity to progress into Management for our QLD business.

About the role:

We're seeking well-presented and driven individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and preferably some experience in sales or customer service. The role has a strong marketing focus, so experience in marketing, promotional work, or lead generation will be highly regarded but is not essential. Applicants must be available to work a flexible 7-day roster. Flexible hours from 15 to 37.5 hours a week available. Full on-the-job training provided.
