About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Project Marketing Lead to drive project-level marketing strategies and end-to-end execution across our development pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't just sit in high-level strategy meetings - you will actively work with your team to develop and execute the lead campaign rollouts for each of the projects.

What You Will Bring

People Leadership - Being able to nurture, mentor, and prioritise workload for a small team. You take pride in upskilling team members, ensuring their capacity aligns with workload, and supporting their professional growth. Strategic Leadership with a Hands-On Approach: The ability to shape campaign strategy alongside the Head of Sales & Marketing while taking true ownership of daily execution by contributing to copywriting, creative briefs, design layouts through to budget management and campaign launches. Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement: Seamlessly collaborating across internal teams (Sales, Brand, Design, Construction, and Commercial Directors) and managing external relationships (Agency Partners, media outlets, and community groups). Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: This is at the core of your every day! Direct and mentor the Project Marketing Executive and Assistant to hit project deadlines Strategy & Hands-On Execution: Drive marketing campaigns from high-level strategy to supporting the team through execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across internal teams (Sales, Design, Construction) and lead key external agency partners. Budgeting & Reporting: Track media budgets, monitor campaign performance, and present actionable insights Events & Launches: Plan and manage project events including sod-turnings, sales office launches, and showcases

About You

Tertiary degree in Marketing (or related discipline) with 10 years solid experience in property/real estate marketing ideal.Proven experience directly managing, mentoring, and nurturing direct reportsExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong project management and time management skills, balanced with a willingness to get stuck into the detailA collaborative team player who brings a growth mindset, transparency, and a positive attitude to a close-knit environment.
