With a strong and growing pipeline of projects, we are now seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies for residential property projects, from pre-launch through post-completion.

Role Description

As Project Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing strategies across Urban Property Group’s residential projects. Working closely with the Head of Project Marketing, and collaborating with internal project teams and external consultants, you will lead campaign execution from early strategy through to launch and beyond. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, driving quality outcomes and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project marketing strategies that support brand, positioning and sales objectives

• Manage marketing campaigns across all stages of the project lifecycle

• Coordinate and manage external consultants including creative, digital, media and PR agencies

• Prepare clear briefs and oversee the development of marketing collateral and content

• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Urban’s brand strategy and quality standards

• Manage budgets, timelines and approvals across multiple projects

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, development and leadership teams

• Support launches, display suites and key project milestones

About you

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.

• Proven experience in a project marketing role, ideally within property or real estate environment

• Strong campaign management and execution skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Commercially minded with a strong attention to detail

• Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships

• Strong creative judgement and an eye for quality

• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
