We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused sales leader to join our Brisbane team. If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities and helping customers find the right solutions, this could be the perfect next step in your sales career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and developing a portfolio of trade customers whilst leading a small team of experienced Sales Representatives
• Developing and executing customer call cycle plans
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting new product ranges
• Providing product recommendations and practical solutions
• Collaborating with branch, field sales and eCommerce teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Using CRM systems and customer insights to drive sales growth
• Supporting customers with enquiries, account management and ongoing service excellence

What We’re Looking for

• Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or customer service
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• A consultative sales approach and ability to identify customer needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical capability and ability to identify trends, opportunities and business insights
• Experience within trade, hardware, construction or cabinetry industries is highly regarded but not essential
