What You’ll Be Doing 

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take full P&L ownership of Lincoln Sentry’s largest cabinet hardware business unit, setting the commercial direction and leading national sales performance and growth strategy. You’ll drive execution across channels and key accounts, while developing a high-performing team focused on customer outcomes, profitable growth and market share.  

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work cross-functionally to accelerate transformational growth and optimise business performance. Key to your success in this role will be your proven experience leading national sales teams and translating business vision into strategy, execution and results at scale. You’ll be highly confident using data, analytics and market insights to develop effective strategies and support your team to identify and convert growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking for 

• Strong B2B sales and category management leadership experience, with a proven record of delivering growth and achieving targets 
• Advanced commercial acumen with deep expertise in pricing strategy, margin optimisation, forecasting and profit performance 
• Proven ability to lead strategic selling activities with experience building, coaching and developing high-performing sales teams 
• Commercially astute, with the ability to translate data, customer insights and market activity into actionable strategies that improve performance and drive growth 
• Proven ability to effectively implement and execute change 
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to influence across functions and contribute to broader business strategy
