As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Talent Data Solutions team, you will help bring that value to life.

Working with our Human Capital Analytics platform powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD), you'll partner with HR and Reward leaders to help them participate in our remuneration programs, maximise the value of our insights and make informed decisions using trusted market data.

You'll develop expertise across rewards, workforce analytics, client management and commercial strategy while building a highly sought-after skill set at the intersection of data, technology and human capital.

Responsibilities

Build trusted client partnerships

Develop strong relationships with HR, Reward and People leaders across a portfolio of clients. Become a trusted partner, helping clients navigate remuneration benchmarking, market data and platform capabilities. Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive engagement and practical guidance. Help clients maximise the value they receive from their participation in Aon's Talent Data Solutions ecosystem. Partner with colleagues across Aon to connect clients with broader expertise and solutions when appropriate.

Drive successful renewals and portfolio growth

Manage annual renewals across a portfolio of clients. Clearly articulate the value of Aon's data, methodology, insights and technology. Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and long-term retention. Support portfolio growth through exceptional client outcomes and strong commercial discipline. Maintain an understanding of client priorities, challenges and future business needs.

Maintain the integrity of our data ecosystem

Guide clients through remuneration data submission and validation processes. Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy through detailed review and analysis. Support the methodologies that underpin trusted market insights. Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to resolve data queries and improve outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, client experience and data quality.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

We're interested in candidates from a variety of backgrounds including rewards, remuneration, consulting, client management, HR technology, workforce analytics and data-focused professional services.

Success In This Role Typically Comes From

Experience building trusted relationships with clients or stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly. An interest in remuneration, rewards, workforce analytics or human capital. Confidence working with data and identifying trends, issues and opportunities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Commercial awareness and an ability to balance client outcomes with business objectives. Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to continuously learn. Experience in data analysis, account management, client success, renewals or remuneration-related work will be highly regarded.

For Senior Consultant appointments, experience managing more complex client portfolios, leading commercial conversations and supporting or mentoring others will be highly regarded.
