Part-time to Full-time Dental Assistant/Receptionist

West End Dental, a small but unique boutique clinic, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant with a special aptitude for reception to join our vibrant team!

What We’re Looking For:

- Part-time going into full time dental assistant/receptionist to join our team - commencing as casual during probation and going into full time into 2027

- Some evening shifts

- Expected Start Date: September

- Minimum 2 year of experience in chairside assistance and reception, will consider less experience for the right candidate

- Knowledge with Dental Software Exact preferred but not required – we will happily provide all the training required with this

- ‎Full working rights in Australia required - this will be a long term position that requires minimum 30hrs per week

- Excellent communication skills and professional email etiquette

- ‎Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilisation protocols and dental knowledge required

- A friendly, energetic personality with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet patients and manage appointments

- Assist the dental team with standard chairside tasks

- Maintain clear communication with patients and staff

- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
