Are you the friendly face everyone loves to see first thing in the morning? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced General Practice Medical Receptionist to join our amazing team!
About the Role
You'll be the heart of our front desk – welcoming patients, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting our clinical team with professionalism and a smile.
What You'll Bring
✔️ Ability to work autonomously and stay one step ahead
✔️ Essential: Experience in General Practice
✔️ Essential: Best Practice software experience
✔️ Essential: Private billing experience
✔️ HICAPS experience (highly regarded)
✔️ A friendly, personable attitude with excellent communication skills
✔️ Flexibility and a team-first mindset
Minimum of 12 months' experience working as a medical receptionist in a General Practice setting is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years' hands-on experience with Best Practice software is essential for this role.
Minimum of 6 months' experience in private billing processes and procedures is required.
Working Hours
Available for rotating shifts between 6.45am and 5.30pm Monday- Wednesday, Friday and 6.45am and 8.00pm Thursdays
No weekends
No public holidays
