Automotive Store / Service Manager - Autobahn Spearwood

Autobahn Mechanical & Electrical Services Spearwood is looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our modern, high-performing automotive service centre in Spearwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers and staff, and wants to build a long-term, rewarding career in management.

Automotive management experience is preferred, but NOT essential. If you have the right attitude, strong people skills and the drive to succeed, we will provide the training you need.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the store and bring energy, organisation and leadership to the team.

You will ideally:

• Excel in customer service – this is a MUST

• Be motivated, driven and eager to succeed

• Have excellent communication and people skills

• Be highly organised with exceptional time management

• Be confident managing and motivating staff

• Perform well under pressure in a busy environment

• Take pride in achieving targets and delivering results

• Want to become a long-term part of a growing business
  

Experience in automotive service advising, workshop management or automotive retail management is highly regarded, but it is not essential.

Earn from $130,000+ per year, plus superannuation.

Your remuneration package can include:

• Attractive base salary
• Saturday ROP
• Performance bonuses/commission
• Fuel card
• Superannuation

Total earning potential is based on salary, Saturday ROP, fuel card and performance bonuses. Commission/bonuses are based on achieving targets set by the employer.

This role could be ideal for someone who already has strong customer service, sales, automotive or leadership skills and is ready to take the next step.
