About the Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and guide the team to meet operational goals
• Drive results by achieving KPIs and supporting strong sales performance
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
• Use your product knowledge to build customer confidence and encourage repeat business
• Ensure the workshop remains organised, safe, and operating efficiently
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Assurance System and established service standards

About You:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive service environment
• Sales-focused with a strong background in customer service and performance outcomes
• Dependable, proactive and comfortable managing and motivating a team
• Current WA driver’s licence
• Automotive trade qualification (preferred but not required)
• Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
