We’re looking for two Rostering Officers to join our Workforce Planning team!
Are you organised, proactive and great at problem solving? Do you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re inviting current Cara employees to express their interest in a Rostering Officer opportunity, commencing ASAP.
About the role:
As a Rostering Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our clients experience continuity of service by coordinating and deploying staff to meet rostering needs. You’ll be a key point of contact for rostering enquiries, monitor roster accuracy, respond to shift changes and cancellations, and work closely with Workforce Planning and Client Services.
Key details:
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to client service.
