The Shepparton region KFC restaurants, proudly operated by RG Restaurants, are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Coach with a passion for developing people, driving results and helping restaurants perform at their best.

About you

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives on developing people, building capability and taking ownership of meaningful outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• Proven ability to lead multiple sites, with preference given to experience in QSR, retail or similar fast-paced multi-site operations environments.

• Strong operational knowledge and a track record of delivering results

• Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage labour, costs and performance metrics

• A results-driven approach to identifying opportunities and implementing positive change.

• Strong coaching skills and the confidence to lead through others

• The ability to influence, motivate and develop high-performing teams

• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills

• A passion for people, performance and continuous improvement

What you’ll do

In this regional leadership role, you’ll partner with restaurant teams to deliver safe, consistent and high-performing operations every day.

• Lead and support a portfolio of restaurants to deliver outstanding results with a clear “Safety First” focus.

• Coach Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams to build capability, confidence and high-performing cultures.

• Drive sales, profitability, guest experience and operational excellence across the region.

• Develop future leaders through bench planning, development planning, Heartstyles and performance coaching.

• Support restaurants to achieve on-or-above-target Balanced Scorecard results.

• Partner with teams to solve challenges, celebrate wins and create great places to work.
