4PL Export Logistics Coordinator

The 4PL Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination and execution of Export Logistics process for the assigned FMCG client portfolio. Success is delivered via strong engagement with, and collaboration between, client supply / demand planners, packing facilities, transport & shipping agents.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Service Delivery

Primary point of contact for assigned client portfolioParticipation in client weekly demand planning processLiaison and coordination with packing facilities for the weekly supply replenishment stock ordersLiaison and coordination with internal transport team to arrange trucking & internal shipping teams to arrange ocean carrier bookingsCommunicate exceptions & recommend solutionsEnsure client facing information / data contained within their systems is accurate & manage exceptionsReview and support internal GSC operations to ensure all internal systems reflect accurate & current informationReview & recommend improvements / update to client SOPSupport RCA and resolution for identified issues

2: Productivity and Profitability

Recommend projects to improve operational performance while supporting clients’ supply chain structure and processesSupport implementation of client improvement initiativesProvide support as required to minimize / mitigate revenue leakage

3: Collaboration and Relationship Management

Engage & develop strong relationships with key client stakeholdersEngage & develop strong relationships with key internal teamsExecute C&N requirements and commitmentsPrepare for & participation in client meeting

Location and Work Rights Requirements:

This position is based in Sydney, NSW.Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
