About the role
The Low Loader Operator plays a key role in the safe and efficient transport of Council plant and equipment across the Cabonne local government area. As part of the Operations Planning team, the position supports road construction and maintenance operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, teamwork and quality service delivery.

About You
This position is for a reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will have experience operating heavy vehicles and plant, a strong commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to follow instructions while working both independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration
The appointment will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2026 and Cabonne Council’s policies and conditions of employment.
This position is graded 5 in Council's salary system. The gross weekly wage range is $1237.60 - $13•2.80dependant on skills and experience.
