What You'll Do:

Build trusted on-farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high-quality after-sales supportidentify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolioProvide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance and industry best practiceSupport branch performance through forecasting, budgeting inputs.

What You'll Bring:

Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experiencecustomer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teamsPlanning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomesComputer literacy and comfort using farm management systemsCurrent driver’s licence
