We specialize in Tier 1 Construction Wayfinding & Placemaking projects, providing in-house design and project delivery services. Our linear and collaborative structure empowers each team member with autonomy and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing?

• Develop Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective wayfinding strategies.

• Schedule Requirements: Manage statutory requirements in alignment with project briefs.

• Create Drawings: Produce detailed design development drawings and construction-ready drawings.

• Artwork Files: Prepare finished artwork files in vector and raster formats.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

• Research Materials: Identify and recommend suitable materials based on project specifications.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential design risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the project delivery team to understand project details and client needs.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise and ability to deliver quality designs.

• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD-based software like Solidworks, essential for creating accurate and detailed drawings.

• Statutory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Statutory Code in relation to statutory signage, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with the project delivery team and stakeholders.
