Family Lawyer

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Family Lawyer to join our well-established and highly regarded Family Law team at HHG Legal Group.

The Role

You’ll manage a diverse and rewarding family law practice, with exposure to a broad range of matters including:

• Divorce and separation matters
• Property settlements and financial disputes
• Parenting arrangements and children’s matters
• Spousal maintenance and enforcement proceedings
• Binding financial agreements and superannuation splits
• Child support and maintenance matters
• Mediation, negotiations and other non-court dispute resolution processes
• Working closely with clients, you’ll provide strategic, practical and empathetic advice while building trusted relationships and delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference.

About You

We’re looking for Family Lawyers with 3 years + PQE who is ready for their next career opportunity.  Join a supportive team where you’ll work on interesting matters, continue to develop your skills and make a real impact for clients.

You’ll bring:

• Solid experience across parenting and property matters
• Exposure to complex family law issues (relocation, parentage, adoption, high-conflict matters, etc.)
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• A client-centric mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work within a team
• An interest in business development, profile-building and networking
• A genuine desire to improve, learn and progress your career
