Senior Business Analyst (Payroll Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support UKG Pro and Workday Time & Attendance and Payroll implementations. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet complex workforce management and payroll requirements.

Description

Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design across UKG Pro and Workday.Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and business stakeholders to define solution requirements.Analyse and document complex time, attendance, payroll and pay-rule requirements.Support configuration activities, integrations, testing, UAT and payroll parallel runs.Translate enterprise agreements, awards and employment conditions into system requirements.Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.Work closely with implementation partners and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Analyst - Payroll Implementation should have:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on UKG Pro and/or Workday implementations.Strong expertise in Time & Attendance and Payroll solutions.Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and pay rules.Strong knowledge of Australian Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and industrial conditions.Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing and implementation.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Job Offer

Daily rate between $850 and $950 AUD.Opportunity to work on a critical payroll implementation project.Temporary role based in Melbourne, offering a varied and focused environment.
