The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Transition to Work Team Leader to lead our Transition to Work team across our Kingston and Huonville Sites.
Transition to Work supports young people aged 15-24 to build confidence and skills, overcome barriers and achieve meaningful goals in employment, education and life.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead and develop your team, drive performance and service quality, and create a positive and accountable team culture.
Working closely with the Transition to Work Manager and teams across Workskills, you’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery, performance, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring our team delivers high-quality support and great outcomes for young Tasmanians.

You’ll bring:
A Diploma or higher qualification in a field relevant to the delivery of Transition to Work services will be highly regarded.
