What You’ll Do

As a LME Care Support Worker, you will:

Provide quality day to day care and supportSupport participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habitsCelebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningfulEnsure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choiceWork closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals

Who You Are

You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the roleCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)You have experience in complex behaviors and crisis intervention
